ORDERING and PRICING

DELIVERIES

RoseOtto.com™ offers deliveries to most major areas of the world. A delivery is interpreted as an attempted delivery by us. We do not accept liability for delay in the event there is no-one to receive the delivery at the delivery address. For security reasons we can not deliver to Post Office boxes and must have a signature at the time of delivery. We encourage you to use a work address if you're not going to be home during business hours, it's much quicker. If the delivery details given by you are incorrect, and thus affecting delivery we may have to charge an additional delivery charge.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

To cancel an order placed, we require at least two working days (Monday to Friday) notice of cancellation prior to the delivery of your goods. This can be done via phone, fax or in an email provided we receive it and acknowledge receipt thereof.
